Governance

The interest of MEBP’s members, employers, sponsors and other stakeholders are represented by the Board of Trustees, the Investment Committee and the Audit & Risk Management Committee.

 

Board of Trustees

The MEBP is administered by a Joint Board of Trustees. The Board Consists of:

  1. Four trustees who are appointed by the Association of Manitoba Municipalities (AMM) to represent municipalities, and
  2. Four trustees to represent the employees:
    1. One appointed by the Manitoba Municipal Administrators Association (MMAA),
    2. One appointed by the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), and
    3. Two elected by the Members, from the Membership.
