Yearend Reporting Information
Employer's Yearend Report Excel Workbook will be uploaded to the MEBP secure site early December 2025.
FINAL Yearend Report Excel Workbooks must be completed and received by the MEBP administration office by JANUARY 15, 2026.
IMPORTANT: The Yearend Report Excel Workbook has been improved and some forms have now been added directly to the workbook to make the spreadsheet more user friendly and the Year End Reporting more efficient.
